At St Clare’s High School, we have enjoyed learning to paint in Indigenous styles.
We have studied Aboriginal art around Australia and rock art in particular. Painting helps us to connect with cultures and to relax while sharing ideas and our stories. Many of us would like to continue with our painting all our lives. It will be a good experience to sell some of our work at our NAIDOC Day gathering in Fotheringham Park, Taree.
